Juicy baked apples comes with a twist!Low calories and low in fat!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried cranberries
  • 1 1/4 cups coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 6 Gala Apples, cored and chopped (about 3 pounds)

Instruction

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large microwave-safe dish. Microwave at high 20 minutes or until apples are soft, stirring occasionally.
