Very low in fat and calories Vinaigrette!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
- ½ cup light apple juice
- 4 tbsp shallots, chopped
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 tsp grape seed oil
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instruction
- Add all ingredients in a shaker container and shake well. Best after setting for a few hours in the refrigerator. Will keep for several weeks.
