Vegetarianism Shrinks Your Brain

According to new research done at Oxford University, people who eat meat are less likely to suffer from shrinking of the brain than those that stick strictly to a vegetarian diet.

Scientists at the University did a research study including memory tests, physical checks, and brain scans on a total of 107 people. They retested this same group of people between the ages of 61 and 87, only to find that those that didn't eat meat suffered from greater shrinking of the brain.

Researchers involved in the study concluded that the vegetarians and vegans had a greater loss in brain mass due to a Vitamin B12 deficiency. Vitamin B12 is primarily found in meat, fish, and eggs. It is also linked significantly to Alzheimer's disease and other cognitive failures.

This doesn't mean that vegetarians need to immediately start eating meat; it just means that when they decide to attack meat-eaters they should think about their small mindedness before hand.
