I was considering picking up some ZMA to help gaining.. and I'm just wondering what everyone thinks about it. I already take GNC MegaMen Sport (25mg zinc + 100mg of magnesium).. I've read certain places that if your diet isnt deficient in magnesium and zinc then it shouldn't really matter. My diet is pretty good, I'm getting about 3500 healthy calories in a day
