What do you guys think about taking this stuff? Would you recommend it, is it worth the money etc.? I did a little research on other forums and they all praised it, but the increase in test isn't gonna make my balls shrink or anything is it?
 
No it should be fine. And i have taken it, it's really for a better sleep. You have crazy cool dreams while taking it, and you feel refreshed in the morning. It also helps with recovery a little bit. Try it out and see how you like it. I think it's worth it just for the better night's sleep.
 
I think the better night's sleep is ALL it does. Anything else you help, is probably because you weren't sleeping enough/well enough.. I have the freakiest dreams...

Ditto. I just started taking it again and the dreams are crazy!

It does give me a GREAT nights sleep, if anything.
 
When and how much do you guys take to have those dreams?

I have been taking, for the last few weeks, 4 capsules (ZMA power 500mg, Aspartate 500mg, Ascorbic Acid 500mg, L-Cysteine 200mg, Magnesium Stearate 16mg, Vitamin E 4mg) before sleep.

I have never experienced any weird dreams. But, mind you, I never remember my dreams when I wake up. Do not know why it is so.
 
I used to be like that, I knew I had a dream but couldn't remember anything about it. I'm unsure why, maybe I'll look it up, kinda interesting..

I took 30mg of Zinc and 450mg of Magnesium, as perscribed by the bottle. Make sure there are no calcium fillers, also ensure you aren't consuming any calcium 30 min before and after taking ZMA as it will inhibit the effects.
 
Yes, it is indeed very interesting. Made me think why some people do not remember their dreams at all (like me) and others remember them.

And then led me to wonder why do we dream in the first place.:confused:
