I need some of your expertise on this guys. I am currently taking a multivitamin that has 25mg of zinc in it. I am also at the same time using a ZMA suppliment that has about 30mg of zinc in it. Now I am worried that that may be too much zinc in my diet and that in time it could cause problems. Both of these suppliments have copper in them as well which to my knowledge will balance it out a bit but I am still worried because thats 55mg of zince per day plus whatever zinc i get from my food. Do you guys think this could be bad for me?
