Hi everybody...
im new here...
before this i was 105 kg(that was 2 years ago- nov 2004).... then ive lost about 13 kg....until last week i was 92 kg. i started dieting on 22 feb 2006..... but for the first week i didnt do any exercise.... i started exercising on 5march... and ive done 3 times aerobic so far.... plus i also watch what i ate... i started reducing my fat intake especially now i used max 1tbs of oil when cooking.

i have done all this last two years and now i must do it all over again. my biggest obstacle is sometimes i feel lazy to do exercise. but i will try at least i exercise 3-4 times regularly.....

i hope we can motivate each other here. i hope i can achieve my target....
i have to lose another 35kg....
 
welcome to the forum and you came to the right place for motivation! we are very supportive and we will help all we can! you can do this!
 

Hey! You can achieve you target! It's nice to have you with us - that's what we're all here for, a little motivation.
 
i have done 4 times exercises so far (in ths week).... hope i can stick with it...
after done 3 aerobics and 1 yoga i feel lighter.hope can lose another 1kg (2.2lbs) next week.:) :)
