Hey everybody!
So I started (or restarted AGAIN) my weight loss journey a few weeks ago. I decided to document my weight loss journey on YouTube. I've been on a yo-yo diet pretty much my whole life and this time I hope its different. I'm hoping it will keep me motivated and maybe help others. I want to develop a community that can keep each other in check and myself.
My starting weight was 283 lbs, but my heaviest was 293 lbs. My current weight is 262 lbs. And my goal weight is 160 lbs. So I got quite a bit to go lol. But I think if it this way, instead of losing 100 lbs I have to lose 1 lbs a hundred times lol.
