Sport Your opinion - Replacement Meal Supplement

What is your opinion of the Prolab Lean Mass Matrix meal replacement as a pre-workout meal?

I have tried them a couple of times to experiment an hour before training vs. eating "real" food before training. I have felt not as bloated as when I have real food. Any pros or cons here ?

it would be a decent choice. main deal would be if it does its job to fuel your workout :)
