I have seen a great deal of advice given out about what foods are good/bad yet no one has identified which metabolic type it is suitable for. The indigenous people of the frozen tundra and ice shelves of this planet must eat exclusively animal protein and high purine protein because no vegetables grow there. Yet these noble and dignified people do not suffer chronic obesity or ill health because of it. This statement alone should tell you that your ideal diet should be as unique as you are. What food should you eat? I can't tell you, however you can arm yourself with the wisdom you need to answer that question by (link removed) and discover who you truly are, not what someone else tells you to be.
