On the side: A pile of homefries with onions, some baked beans and 4 slices of wheat toast with butter and strawberry preserves. Glass of whole milk and small glass of OJ. Great, now my stomach is growling.

It's been almost 2 weeks without anything really really bad for me and I think its starting to work. I only think about roni pizza every 5 seconds now.
I agree.tonymcclellan said:BS, if you can control yourself, you can control what you eat. We're not machines, once in awhile we need to indulge ourselves.

Also, A Cheat is sometimes neccessary in order to break a plateau. Your thyroid can become rather dormant, especially when cutting. Most of us eat most of the same foods day in and out so a cheat will not only help you mentally, but physically as well.

I haven't been too worried about what I eat, I mean only eating cereal for 1 day isnt going to kill me, plus I went from 230 to 140 the last couple years and have been maintaining 140 since last year, I could actually afford to gain weight, but I really dont want to.
