Sport YOUR best cheat meal!

Sport Fitness
By best I mean what is the most you've ever eaten for a cheat meal.

I'll start:

Large pepperoni pizza
Large pasta dinner
8oz chicken breast

This was at one time for a cheat meal.

:D

ahahahah! thats a mad intake!!! I'm going to start my diet program this monday cant wait for my roomate to leave so this weekend im going to hit up chinese hopefully around 3 plates..... sad aint it:/ but its good! Come monday its game time.

I was told not to cheat ever. Because if you do you just get cravings for other bad foods. And that overtime if u never cheat you'll stop thinking about that bad food.

It's been almost 2 weeks without anything really really bad for me and I think its starting to work. I only think about roni pizza every 5 seconds now.

I am a breakfast person so for a cheat meal I will have 3 eggs fried in bacon grease. Drop them on top of a mountain of corned beef hash and top that with some Dave's Insanity Sauce. On the side: A pile of homefries with onions, some baked beans and 4 slices of wheat toast with butter and strawberry preserves. Glass of whole milk and small glass of OJ. Great, now my stomach is growling.

Last night I had an italian sausage in a bun, kielbasa, 6 ribs, white rice, egg fried rice, pasta with meatballs, a slice of cheese pizza, a waffle with powdered sugar and syrup and some strawberries, and a bowl of golden grahams

OMG that sounds so damn tasty. Actually since I have really started paying attention to what I eat and working out daily I have not had a cheat meal. The closest one was last night I felt dirty eating my two medium slices of pizza but damn it was good.

BS, if you can control yourself, you can control what you eat. We're not machines, once in awhile we need to indulge ourselves.

I agree.

Also, A Cheat is sometimes neccessary in order to break a plateau. Your thyroid can become rather dormant, especially when cutting. Most of us eat most of the same foods day in and out so a cheat will not only help you mentally, but physically as well.

Great minds think alike!

haha

I love cereal, so today I just ate my calorie intake in cereal. It was good.

I haven't been too worried about what I eat, I mean only eating cereal for 1 day isnt going to kill me, plus I went from 230 to 140 the last couple years and have been maintaining 140 since last year, I could actually afford to gain weight, but I really dont want to.

Wow! Congrats on the progress.

Got any before and after pics?

ok hear goes, its more of a cheat night than a meal (over a period of 9 hours) 5 pints of beer, large pepperoni pizza with garlic bread and chicken dippers, 6 pints of beer, puke up, 3 pints of beer, large doner kebab with all the trimmings, more beer, fish and chips with curry sauce then the rest is a blur, probably resulting in more beer and a curry mmmm

I went 3 weeks without a cheat meal to see how my body responds. Tonight I had a cheat meal to restart my metabolism and keep a little sanity and I just realized.....I CAN EAT !

12 zo Cheesburger wioth everything on it... With Large Cheese Fries and about a 42 oz Coke
