Weight-Loss You Think These Foods are Healthy! Think Again!

Hey,

I know there are plenty of food items we think might be healthy for us but they are not. You might be eating them thinking they are good for you but in fact they are keeping you from reaching your weight loss goals.

The foods I am about to list are full of fat, and not the good kind of fat, mind you! They have high levels of sodium, saturated fat and have additives that can undermine your health. Here they are:

• Coleslaw
• Frostings
• Packed Sandwiches
• Multigrain Products
• Sugary Cereals
• Diet Soda
• Margarine
• Packed Fruit Juices

I know you might have these in your fridge but you MUST throw these out and never bring them back if you want to lose weight and stay healthy! These foods lead to heart diseases, diabetes and hypertension.
