Weigh yourself every morning after you use the bathroom (if that's what you do every morning) in a consistent pair of clothing. As long as it is the same amount of clothing you are good, the point of doing this is to have a consistent way of measuring your progress. Your weight can, and will fluctuate by pounds of (water) weight from each morning to the next. Don’t panic, it is completely normal, we will be looking at your total weight for the entire week by using an average total weekly weight. This will help negate some of the variances in your weight due to water weight. Add all of your weigh-ins together then multiply by how many there are. If you miss a day, then just multiply by 6 instead of 7, it just won't be as accurate as a 7 day weekly average, you can still compare this to other 7 day weekly averages though.
Try to aim to get your weigh in every morning, then write it down, at the end of week average all your weigh-ins, compare that to last weeks average. What is important is that you are going down overtime, not the daily basis.
