Well it means exactly what it says. You gonna "load" your body with up to 30 grams of creatine for the first 5 days and then a maintenance dose of 5 grams a day thereafter. It also means you're wasting a lot of creatine. You don't have to "load" and you don't need 5 grams a day. 3 grams a day is sufficient if you feel you even need to use it. I may have opened a can of worms with that response, but if I am wrong then I'm sure someone will correct me.
right, loading is to saturate the muscles with creatine then you lower the amount taken to maintain muscle saturation. but you can saturate the muscles over time with a much smaller amount.
i use maximuscle creatamax 300 and they call it maxpure creatine.....im guessing thats just a play on the name maximuscle does york not do something like that. my loading dose was only 20g a day then went down to 10g
well creapure creatine all comes from the same supplier and has many certifications for its purity. there are others that are just as good but i dont know how to tell them apart. some creatines are very low quality.
