Sport yogurt for PWO?

Sport Fitness
How is yogurt for part of a post-workout meal? I usually take one scoop of ON whey (24g protien) w/ 1 cup of skim milk (8g protien, 11g carbs - all from sugar), and a banana.

However, I see that the yogurt I have has 18g of sugar and 24g carbs, 0g fat and 10g protien. I know its casein protien, but how would the yogurt do as a replacement for the banana. Does it have the right kind of carbs (i.e. glucose) for post-workout? Thanks for any help.
