Hi guys,
First of all, I like you all. You guys seems really nice and knowledgeable. And I have a question for you guys. I am trying to be a healthier person and eat good nutritional food. Get better eating habits. But I am not sure if having yogurt and cereal every morning (sometimes for dinner too) is a bad thing. I love that for breakfast but I wonder if it is not that good for me after all.
This is the info of the yogurt I buy and I eat it with Honey bunches of Oats with Almonds, Raisin Bran or Special K.
Low fat Yogurt 250 g (drinkable- I pour it on my cereal)
Calories 80.5 kcal
Proteins 6.5 g
Fat .5 g
Carbs 12.5 g
Sodio 45 mg
Calcio 90 mg
If this is not really good, what could be a good replacement?
Thanks
