Sport Yogurt and Cereal?

Sport Fitness
Hi guys,

First of all, I like you all. You guys seems really nice :) and knowledgeable. And I have a question for you guys. I am trying to be a healthier person and eat good nutritional food. Get better eating habits. But I am not sure if having yogurt and cereal every morning (sometimes for dinner too) is a bad thing. I love that for breakfast but I wonder if it is not that good for me after all.
This is the info of the yogurt I buy and I eat it with Honey bunches of Oats with Almonds, Raisin Bran or Special K.

Low fat Yogurt 250 g (drinkable- I pour it on my cereal)
Calories 80.5 kcal
Proteins 6.5 g
Fat .5 g
Carbs 12.5 g
Sodio 45 mg
Calcio 90 mg

If this is not really good, what could be a good replacement?
Thanks :)

Well you could be doing a lot worse, but yoghurt tends to have a lot of sugar in it, as does the cereal unfortunately :(

Stepping over to fresh fruits for example would be a much better breakfast

What about a smoothie? One I typically make has 1 cup soy milk, a handful (or 2) of frozen fruit and a banana (I choose not to add a sweetener, but that's me) and blend those suckers up. Very tasty.

Yum :) I'd try that if I could eat dairy products

Thank you, guys :)
I think I can do just fruits in the morning some days and prepare a smoothie every other day. The smoothie sounds tasty. I will start tomorrow. (Hopefully, I wont crave my cereals so much:), I am addicted, I have to let them go for now).

Mind over matter as I always say ;)

Good luck

I eat plain non-fat yogurt with some honey. It tastes really good to me and really low calories.
