well think i might try it, im gettin pretty fit now, but i would like to be more flexible(especially in bed if im being honest) can yoga help with weight loss and working the muscles, is it worth it? x

why don't you try Yoga by Ramdev Baba? A cousin of mine used to do that and she lost some 15 kg in 3 months. Just youtube his videos and try doing that.

Yoga is great stretching..but that really is it. It's not an exercise that really burns calories like running or swimming or such. So if your goal is stretching and flexability, go for it but diet and other exercises will be more valuable for your weight loss.

I fancy giving yoga a go. I'm finding it more and more difficult to get my body to co-operate as I get older and I think it would really help with flexibility. I think it would help more with toning than actual weight loss.

The biggest benefit of any 'exercise' plan is that people who exercise are more likely to stick with their diet plans. Plus anything is better than sitting on the couch watching TV ;) So from that perspective, yoga could be great.

Of course, I've never been able to get into yoga personally. I know several people who swear by it, it just doesn't 'do it' for me. So if you find that yoga works for you, great! If not, just find something else ;)

The type of yoga you need to do is called Vinyasa Yoga flow. This style of yoga is based on the results of a series of so-called prayer-day visit to the Vinyasa style of yoga, including many popular sports and sweat sunny. For the purpose of weight loss.

Yoga can be a great exercise, both for building muscle and for cardio. Power yoga can be extremely intense and tiring, you definitely break a sweat. The thing I love about it is it's changing as you go through the routine, rather than running on a treadmill for 30 boring minutes. Also you can actually see progress as you get better at the poses. The Yoga X video from the P90X series kicks serious butt. If you don't think yoga would be a good workout, try the video first and then get back to me.

Yoga is a commonly known generic term for physical, mental, and spiritual disciplines which originated in ancient India.Yoga is a first-class way to fortify the spine at the same time you make it elastic. Yoga, on the surface, may seem like elementary extending with some New Age woo-woo blended in. All the same, it is far more than that

Yes, of course yoga can help a lot to lose your body weight.

It not only help in physical fitness through losing excessive weight but also improve the brain health by controling the mental disturbances.

If you're going for flexibility, I'll go for dance. It's less expensive and more fun, you can even take what you learn to the club.

As my personal experience yoga is very effective way to lose weight and long lasting but thing is that it will take more time to give result.

Yoga can helps to decrease the effects of stress on your body. The main benefit of yoga is that it provides relaxation and can lower the amount of cortisol in your body. Best way for weight loss is to do regular yoga. Daily exercises of yoga can make ease the aches and pains of the body.
