Yoga?

I am hoping to get into yoga and i was wondering whether doing this for 1/2 an hour a night would help me to lose wight and to tone my body?
 
Oh absolutly! Toning probably more than weight loss, but in the end, increased muscle = higher metabolism=weight loss....so, yea, go for it!
 
I have been contemplating adding yoga to my plan, any suggestions for a beginner? keep in mind i am not that flexible, but still ya gotta start somewhere:D
 
ANy exercise, including yoga, will burn calories, and therefor help you lose weight. Of course, you will lose weight a lot faster by having a comprhensive exercise and nutriton program, but doing some yoga is a good place to start. :)
