Hey. Im 15, and new at this training thing. I want to work my whole body. Strength wise, and I want to burn fat as well so my muscle mass SHOWS. I dont have alotta free weights. And I have a Crossbow(like the bowflex). So, using what i have, and using regular excises that machines and weights aren't needed, what should I do? I want advise on cardio excercises. Advice on machine excercizes. Advice on free weights, and advice on normal workouts(old style. i.e. pushups and crunches). I'm trying to work my abs alot. But I want my abs to show as well. Please please help me out and give me ANY guidance any of you have. I also want the biceps workouts, as well as the chest. And what should I eat and drink? I will aprreciate any info you guys can provide. Thanks
