Yikes!!!!

drinking lots and lots of bottles and glasses of water a day will help a lot with the taking of creatine, instead of rarely drinking water. How large of a role does water really play with creatine
 
I'm sorry if this is a dumb question also, I just like to know the answers
 
You should always be taking in about 1gallon of fluids a day, preferably water as the bulk.

when you start taking creatine the body needs extra water, just a couple more 8oz glasses should suffice.

don't over think it.
