How's it going everyone. Been weight training off and on for about 5 years now. I'm 5'11", 215 lbs...but working to get down to 200 at the moment. Let's see. In January, I was 240, and the first 25 lbs came off pretty fast. I'm having some trouble with the last bit, but I know it's because I hate doing cardio. I just wanted to come in, maybe learn a few new tricks of the trade.
