yet another new guy

How's it going everyone. Been weight training off and on for about 5 years now. I'm 5'11", 215 lbs...but working to get down to 200 at the moment. Let's see. In January, I was 240, and the first 25 lbs came off pretty fast. I'm having some trouble with the last bit, but I know it's because I hate doing cardio. I just wanted to come in, maybe learn a few new tricks of the trade.

Thanks everyone. Appreciate the welcome. I will try to put up some pics soon. I'm going through another cutting phase right now, so I'm gonna wait til it's over...haha. My rough measurements right now are

Chest: 47"
Arms: 16 1/2"
Waist: 35"
Calves: 16"
Legs: Unknown
Bodyfat %: 15%-17%

I will get more specific measurements soon.

Welcome...! The first 60 came of quick for me and now I'm trying to gain it back THE RIGHT WAY.... We'll never be happy
