Hello, It's been a while since I last posted. I've really been working hard at losing this post baby weight from my last 2 pregnancies!(5 years apart) But I've been working hard at it and it has been comming off.I jokingly tease my husband about having a date with Billy every other day (Billy Blanks Tae Bo video)He can see a difference also. I happen to do the Total Body Fat Blaster video and like it. It covers everything. Also, it takes me a while to be able to do all the moves that the video shows (I was not blessed with the gift of coordination:p ) so I tend to stick with the one video. I also do Tammi Lee Webb Abs of Steel on the days between my Billy workouts. (Billy is a 50 minute video and Tammi Lee is a 45 min video in 3 segments of 15 min ea) It really works for me. Hi beth. glad to hear that you are sticking to the videos. Billy blanks is a awesome workout. I have the Boot camp ones. I use to do it faithfully. I lost tons of inches and my butt got bigger and more shapely(my hubby loved it :D ) but then I just started to work and all. So I have not done it in a while. But glad it is working for you. Hey guys! I've found that if I wake up BEFORE my kids, I'm more apt to get a workout in undisturbed. I like a little privacy while I'm working out so I can get into my zone and if my son (6 yrs) is already awake, I can usually set him up with a video in the den while I'm doing my workout downstairs. Now, if my daughter wakes up (1yr) it's all over. (But I did get one in this morning and I feel great.) iI's amazing what a workout will do for you mentally also. Even if you only get in a couple of workouts a week, your doing pretty good. Don't ever feel bad about not being able to workout, you will when you can and that's how it is.
