Xyience?

This is just a general question regarding all the Xyience supplements out there. I've been lifting for about 1.5 months now and I've lost about 8lbs of fat and I've gained about 4 in muscle.

I also recently began taking Muay Thay kickboxing classes. One of the members there told me that Xyience makes good products if you crosstrain, such as heavylifting, cardio, and then kickboxing. To get you bigger and stronger but still agile.

Are there claims true or is there something out there better.

It will be on par with other equivalents from other companies just check them out. The price is likely to be the main difference.

I live in New Zealand, 4 million people. So I cant really tell you about brands that I have not and never will try sorry :)

I eat protein that the gym I work at makes themselves through another company.

EVERY supplement company makes claims taht don't have to be well supported because the FDA doesn't regulate supplements.
As long as it doesn't contain a steroid like compound, or ephedra (which is now labeled as a 'drug') then its open season for supplment marketing departments.

I'm not saying Xyience is bad. I'm saying you can't believe 95% of what they claim.

Eat right, drink a shake if you need the extra protein, take a daily multivitamin, drink plenty of water, sleep 8 hours a night, and if you want supplements, look at creatine, essential fatty acids, and maybe glucosamine for your joints.

Beyond that, most other supps are pure fluff, no results.
