Xyience - yay or nay?

Has anyone on this board actually used any of these supps? If so, could you weigh in on what effect--if any--you noticed?

The only thing I've been hearing is "Well, my friend's brother uses the stuff and he's huge" or "Holy crap, I'm gonna use it and be in the UFC."

Oh, how I loathe such aggressive ad campaigns.

You only loathe them because they are making you question yourself...LOL

Personally, I've never tried anything from Xyience. ON 100% has been able to keep me happy for the time being.

GET OUTTA MY BRAIN LEI!!!!

I mean....

I use the Nitric Oxide by Xyience, sure it's Nitric Oxide is basically the same where ever you buy it, but I like it.
Yay!

i got a can of noxcg3 from a friend, it is good...ive noticed a little size increase and more veins over the past few days, i wouldnt get it just cause it is so expensive, but if u gotta alot of bucks it is good.

noxcg3, i believe that's their NO2 product that contains "exotic" creatine right?
NO2 products - nothign but a superficial pump that has no benefit to strenght, stamina, or recovery.
exotic creatine - not one study has been done that shows its any better than ordinary monohydrate.

So, I wouldn't get it either, even if I had a lotta bucks to waste. ;)

To the original question though...supplements are just that...supplemental to your diet of whole foods. You don't NEED any supps. A few common supps make it easier for us to get by though: a daily multivitamin, fish oil capsules for EFA's, and creatine monohydrate if you're lookign for a little performance boost.
Beyond that, everythign else is superficial, and likely doesn't even work. And a few supps are actually BAD for you.

Xenergy

The Xyience stuff is selling like crazy, though most of the products are similar to other products on the market: NO2, vitamin paks, tribulus, fat burner, etc. They are doing a good job marketing and their energy drinks--Xenergy--are really pretty damn good.

You've got to check out the tv ad they are running for Xenergy. They have it on their home page

Smokin!

But their girls are so hot...*pulls out wallet*
