Ok I have been lifting or 2 times a week on off days... however I am conflicted about what I am doing...
When I lift I don't do my legs because I figure I am giving my legs a day off... yet I feel I should be doing something with my legs... perhaps leg extensions... and leg curls... anything that keeps the weight off my achilles tendon...
