x My Weight Loss Diary x

Hey! Welcome to me weight loss diary! hehe :D

Decided to make one and keep track of what i ate and how im feeling :p
Currently, as of my last weigh in im 222lb's and im only 5'2 :(
I've got a goal of 150lb's by the summer, but will i reach it?
Hope some of you guys can stick it out with me till then and ill stick through it with you, advice, whatever ya need im ere! :D We'll all beat the fat together! hehe

But for the moment, i have a goal of 14lbs by April 17th :D

Today has been an ok day:
Breakfast: 2 slices of toast with butter
Lunch: Slice of bread with a slice of cheese in
Tea: 2minute rice pack and bread roll
Fluids: 500ml water
Snacks: 3 cream crackers with cheese & salad cream

Well as you can see, quite a crap day. No where near enough fluids and where are my fruits and veggies? lol Tomorrow, im going to do better, and drink plenty of water :D

Wednesday is my weigh in at the docs, had a goal of 4lb's but at the mo feeling like i've put 4lb's on :( want to cry but ill hold back the tears lol

Ok, stop and take a deep breath. It will be OK. When I first started trying to lose weight, it was terrible. I wasn't losing at all at first. If I hadn't found this site, I would have given up. I'm so glad you started a diary. It will help you, and there are lots of people here who will give you lots of support. Many of us will still be here for a long time. I am currently 204.5 and my long term goal is about 125. Long way to go! Lol! At least you are aware of areas that you need improvement in, like the fruits and veggies. I don't know about ml. What is that in ounces? Anyway, we are here for ya! :D
 
Just want to say hi and welcome to the forum! :) Don't cry! Everyone here is in the same boat as you....we have our good days and our bad. One thing that is finally becoming clear to me (took me a while to accept this) is that weight loss takes a long time. And that is hard for me to deal with being the impatient person I am. But the more I come to accept this, the more successful I think I will be in the long run. Thank goodness I have this site to come to! I doubt I would have stuck with it this long (infact, i know i wouldnt have) if I didnt have this great forum to come to. :)

I look forward to reading your journal. Are you using a particular diet or are you counting calories?? Hang in there and stick with it! :)
 
Hey WELOCME to the forum.........

Glad to hear you have decided to make a change in your life. You can do this..Do not get discourged. You will have them days when you wanna quit. But the best thing to do when you feel like that is to come here and write it all down :D Everyone is here for eachother. You gotta stay positive.... Don't limit yourself with the foods. Yeh, it may work for a couple weeks but then that's when you binge and so on... So eat what you want just have that portion control and will power. And substitute your foods, Like instead pepperoni pizza at pizza hut go to the store and get that already made pizza bread and tons of veggies.

You could and will do this. Have a good day and keep us posted
 
Never try and guess weight. There are so many times that I have felt like I had gained weight and it almost made me chuck it in, but to my surprise when I got weighed I had actualy lost. You just never know. Weight flutuates all the time especialy when we are at that certain time of the month, we retain fluid and you just never know, so always better to wait and see what the scales and mesurement say. Welcome to the forum I know you will like it here, everybody is very supportive and there is heaps of great information to be gained.
