i'm assuming you wanted criticism?
the site has great content, but i'm not to enthused by the layout.
- i would change the coloring behind the text links; yellow is just too damn bright
- check out "Sam's teach yourself HTML and XHTML in 24 hours;" not that you don't know what you are doig with yahoo page editor, but you can only do so much with it and it's proven that more ppl will return to a site that was asthetically pleasing to them
check out its the companion site to the book I just referred you to. its got some good examples and helpful tips.
other than that you have a good selection of articles. It would haowever be great if you made several pages to this site, having links on the main page for off-shoots like biographies, routine, supplement, etc
thanks for the link though. It's going on the bookmark list so i can check it out everyonce in awhile to see if anything has changed
