WW core plan???

I have been following the WW flex points plan for 4 month and I have lost 32lb. I would like to change things up for a few weeks but I was wondering if I would be sucessful with the Core plan. If anyone is doing the core plan is the wieght coming off even without counting points? I can not afford to go to meetings so I am doing this on my own and I would appreciate any advice or tips.

I'm not going to WW anymore, but when I was going there was a lady that switched in the middle to the core plan and did extremely well with it. Seemed she was getting 5 lb stickers every week/ever other week. So its completely possible to do well on either plan!
 
I understand wanting to change it up, but if you've already lost 32 pounds you've probably memorized most of the point values of the foods you commonly eat.

Going on CORE is definitely a cool idea, but definitely pay attention to your portion sizes and you may want to still count points for the first couple of points.

I only say this because I was doing well on flex when I decided to switch to CORE and I gained weight because I didn't pay attention to my portions and ended up eating more than my points allowance every day.
 
Thanks guys! I appreciate the input. I have a toddler and an infant and I have been having a hard time remembering what I have eaten and keeping up with my points over the last several weeks. I think if I have certain foods that I can eat when hungry and not have to think about it then I will do a little better then I have lately.
