I have been following the WW flex points plan for 4 month and I have lost 32lb. I would like to change things up for a few weeks but I was wondering if I would be sucessful with the Core plan. If anyone is doing the core plan is the wieght coming off even without counting points? I can not afford to go to meetings so I am doing this on my own and I would appreciate any advice or tips.
