Has anybody tried this? Does it work?
Its garbage. There is no miracle tea, pill, or diet out there. Fat loss requires hard work, dedication, and proper eating habits.
A lifestyle that isn't healthy makes us fat and unfit. Nothing short of a lifestyle change will fix it.
Pills, teas, fad diets...these are short term fixes that never last because they cannot be sustained, 90% of the time because they are unhealthy fixes.
I can lose 20lbs in 2 minutes by sawing off half a leg. That's not really a solution though is it?
