Wrestling Training Help?

Hey, I'm 15 5,7 132 pounds and i can bench atleast 225 and i'm pumped large in charge and wanna get larger any suggestions

Deadlift, squat, press. Eat lots. Try 'Starting Strength' or 5/3/1
 
im currently doing those but i need backup what are some good stretches aswell so im not sore the following day cause every day counts towards training
 
I like to practice wrestling to build my strengths, like doing fireman carries and straight double-legs. We do this exercise at practice where we have a buddy hop on our back and we do 8 squats, then slight jog 2x around the room, then do 5 squats.
