Sport Wrap question

I usually have a turkey wrap on whole wheat with cheese and lettuce, and some fruit after.

Q1: Is brown rice needed for carbs?
Q2: Is regular cheese bad in this?

My caloric need to cut is about 2400
 
1- yes
2 - yes. Tho cheese is high in protien its not worth the fat. There is lots of nutrition in cheese however so its good to eat a small amount every day.
 
Thanks a lot. And I get the wraps made at my gym for me so, Ill ask.

But I feel like I'm over-eating with all of this stuff if I wanna burn some more fat off
