I've been reading up on these boards for a couple weeks now, taking hints for how to arrange my diet, and I totally retooled what, how and how much I eat according to the popular advice being discussed here. And wow, I feel like a million bucks. I could swear that, having only been using my new diet for about 4 days now, I've already lost 5 pounds and boosted my cardio progress as well (and I'm even eating things I like more than what I was eating on my previous diet). So yea: kudos to everyone for posting some valuable info
