Hellooo... WOW! It's a very nice forum!!! :)

I am Titin from Surabaya-Indonesia, 23 years old, 155 cm height and 63.5 kg weight. I wanna lose 15.5 kg by December 2005 so I can start year 2006 with prettier and sexier looking, hihihi... My monthly goal is losing 2 kg.

I try to eat no more than 1000 calories and try to do exercise to burn 300 calories everyday... Well, I am gonna raise it to 500 calories a day, but I need time to build my power to do that! Hehehe...

And I have silly question, hehehhe... what the differents calories and kcalories? I ussually read nutrition facts and still confused about that. Please help...

well first off I would not recommend eating less than 1000 calories, this eats away muscle and encourages your body to store fat. 1200 should be the bare minimum. Im not sure how much 63.5 kg is because I use lbs.(american). but cardio and some sort of strength training should be in your routine. working out at LEAST 3-4 times weekly will help you achieve your goals much easier and itll buil a little bit of muscle when the fat is burned off. And for the kcalories I didnt think there was even a difference. if you weight lift(and you should) then stay in the 12-15 rep range for 3 sets each muscle group. good luck to you and make sure you drink lots of water every day because it really helps.
 
errtu, just times 63.5 by 2.2 to get it in lbs.

I agree with the 1000 calorie thing.. it's not good to eat that little.

Actually, hehehe, I try eat no more than 1000 calories a day but ussually I eat 1100 to 1500 calories a day :p...

Hello :) I just started with this forum yesterday, and was excited to see your post because I am a 24 yr old girl almost exactly the same size you are, looking to lose about the same. Also, even though I live in the United States now, I used to live in Jakarta. Neat coincidence. maybe we can help keep each other on track!
