Wow figured out the diary thing here it goes!

This is for the last 2 days and I realized how to figure this out, lol this is
new to me.
BREAKFAST
DAY1 a small amount eggbeaters w/ fat free sharp cheese and 2
peices canadian bacon on a whole wheat organic tortilla shell
and a 1/2 glass of passion fruite in a can by minute made says 0
for all cals ect total cals 120

LUNCH & DINNER
"O"Charlies steakhouse- I had a breaded chicken breast sandwhich with
potatoe soup and rolls!!! ?????? mass calories????:confused: :eek:

I had a carb smart breyers ice cream sand 70 cals
then I did like 45 minutes of treadmill & stationary bike then 50 situpps
cuz I felt bad over the whole out to eat deal!

DAY2 BREAKFAST
1 southbeach cereal bar (yummy peanutbutter flavor) 120

SNACK
20 fish crackers (70 cals)
LUNCH
99% fatfree turkey thin on my whole wheat tortilla with fat free sharp
calorie cheese and mustard and a little lettuce w/ 14 grapes (170 cals)
SNACK
1 fat free individual vanilla pudding (70 cals)
Dinner
2 packaged tyson precooked chicken breast w lemon pepper seasoning
and my can green beans with tiny potatoes (300 cals)
SNACK
1 breyers carb smart ice cream sand and a bannanah (300cals aprox)
plus I walked for 20 minutes on treadmill and eliptical and 50 sittups.
I am going to start going for my 3-5 miles walk they are more exciting than
exersising in a room yuck bored!!I love to walk my boxer or vice versa lol!
