what is inappropriate here.....
or what should I add

as in that's all you'll eat all day?

If you want my honest opinion I think it's terrible. It's too few calories. It's not balanced. There's very little protein there. There is, as near as I can see, no healthy fat.

Erm...is that the list for a smoothie?

How many calories does it have? it looks too low. It also does not look like it has enough protein in to support cell growth and development, there is also only one (small) type of protein in there from the dairy, you'd be best advised to get as many different types of protein as you can (eg meat, fish, nuts, eggs, soya).

And in asnwer to your quesion, no I would not advise that diet. (Unless I wanted to give someone a dizzy spell...)

Hmm...that reminds me of being a teenager and going on the Dr. Bernstein Diet which was as follows: starve yourself until the weight comes off. It worked, in terms of weight, but guess what? My hair started to fall out and my skin dried up because there was NO FAT WHATSOEVER in my diet. I had no energy, cried all the time, and has such vivid food fantasies that I felt like I was going crazy. THIS IS NOT ENOUGH FOOD. The human body need SOME fat to function. It's not 'fat' that makes you fat, necessarily. It's simply eating more calories than your body needs to sustain your ideal weight.
I'm going to post a basic food plan on the site that is more or less what I eat. It's not a diet, it's not a fad, it's not temporary. It's a lifestyle I have chosen to adopt in order to be healthy and happy.
Bottom line is, that's not enough food in general, not enough protein, not enough ANYTHING. Except maybe the water.

Seeing as I would probably loose my job and right to practice if I recommended that diet, not really no.
