Hello, I'm 17, 5/11, 227. I'm fairly new to this so I'v just been lifting weights tell I can't lift no more I don't have a bench so just lifting them from waist to shoulder tops. Also been doing as many sit-ups as I can. But Iv been reading around here and people are saying that it's better to have a calmer plan and to have a food diet now I'm not the food expert but what do I need to have an ok diet? and what would be a good work-out regimen.
