Would it be so bad to cut calories to 800-1000 a few days this week?

I binged so terribly between Friday and Sunday, what with my birthday and Easter. And I don't mean 500 extra calories a day. I mean somewhere in the range of 1000-2500 extra, depending on the day.

I should be getting 1400-1600 perday, but would it slow down my metabolism so much if I just went really low one or two days?

I dont think it would slow your metabolism too much, but I dont think it would make that big of a difference, so you would be starving yourself for no reason. If you are in a caloric deficit at 1400-1600 calories a day, you will continue to lose weight. dropping down to 800-1000 will only speed the weight loss up a tiny bit, especially if you are only planning on doing it for a few days. If you really want to make up for those calories, maybe cut down to 1200 a day and add 15-20 minutes to your workout for the week. It should equal out to about the same as if you went down to 800 calories, but you wouldnt be starving yourself.
