Sport Would it be better??

hey everybody I have a question... Its hard for me to eat 6 small meals a day although I try... and lately I haven't been drinking my usual meal replacement whey shakes.. I'm wondering if it best to try to go for 4 meals a day, two being solid high protein foods and the other 2 being a 62g/whey 18g/ glutamin, leucerin, creatin monohydrate recovery blend... I'm about 150 and looking to bulk and I've heard that you need a gram of protein per pound of body weight... This would be possible but is this diet the best way get that? I used to be 160 but lack of a good diet and cycling off the creatine for 3 months has made me lose the 10+lbs. Thanks in advance!
