Would I Benefit From a BF Supplement?

So i'm trying to get my bodyfat as low as possible by Christmas...no particular reason for the date, it just seems like an appropriate time for a hallmark. Anyway, i'm male, 16% BF, 196, 6'1. My diet is 100% on spot, LV approved and whatnot ^^. 3 days lifting, 4 days cardio (1 softer for "rest").

My guess is that by Christmas i'd be able to get to ~10% natural. However, given that my diet IS exactly on spot, is there any supplement anyone might advise to lower BF more quickly? I know it'll work naturally; just wondering about a speed up...and no need for a "save my binge" supplement since i don't go out of a cheat meal every rare weekend =)

I would try the standard diet and exercise first. Give it some time before considering other things.
 
This would be my second cutting cycle, fresh off a month of slacking =) Not sure if that qualifies as not being first, or if you mean there isn't anything to take without a roadblock appearing first.
 
Ok, IF your diet really is spot on, then the fat burner I like is Thermocin -

its a synephrine, white willow bark, caffine stack, which is basically like an ECA stack...synephrine is similar to ephedrine, just more mild mannered, and white willow bark is natural asprin, just a lower dose.
