Well...... I was thinking of a whole body sort of challenge for 1 week. Be the best you can be for just 1 week.
and then go from there.
Including:
eating, weight, exercise, and whatever else you might want to do.
spending more time with your kids, doing your hobby, watching less TV, drinking more water, the list is endless!
I personally would add doing daily house chores! (I can be a bit of a slob sometimes)
But, as always, your goals can be as huge or as small as you determine!
Great... we'll start tomorrow!
We can a do full week + extra weekend for this first weekly challenge!

I'll call it the.... "IT'S JUST ONE WEEK" challenge!
