Would anyone be my personal trainer?

So I have been trying to lose that last 10 pounds for months and months now. Unfortunately I just don't know what to do.
Considering my situation, I have no idea what nutrition plan to stick to, which exercises to do and how often. On my own, I can't do anything and I can't afford to go to a gym since I'm a simple student.
If anybody here would like to help me and make up a plan for me that I can follow, then would you tell me so? I'll add my personal details necessary for a plan when I receive an answer. Thanks.

Save the worry and trouble and go with a decent pre-made exercise/nutrition program. There are tons out there, I posted a free one in the news section myself.

Hi there,

It sounds like you are quite serious about losing your last stubborn pounds. It can be quite confusing and overwhelming out there with so much information about what to eat or how to exercise.

I would be happy to help you if you like. I would just need to know a little bit about your lifestyle, eating habits, activity level and overall health, to know where to start from.

Debbie

First, thanks all for the replies. And yes, the reason I need somebody to help me is because I'm really unsure what to do with all the information online, and some of us just do not apply to the conditions, you know? By example, when selecting "gender" I never know which I should check. I'd really like to lose those last pounds as they make me highly uncomfortable, but I'm afraid I'm making an obsession with it and that's why I need somebody to help me.

And now, Debbie, would you like me to post that information directly there or to private message you?

If you are having gender identification issues or have both male/female organs then you may have to work with your hormonal issues.

There are lots of things that you can do regardless though.

-Check your calories
-Check your training
-Track your trend of measurements
-Change up your eating

Keep the body feed, keep it guess and keep it moving.

Well, I was born fully female, identify as male and have been on hormones for 11 months. I'm still unsure wether or not I can consider my caloric maintenance to be of male or female range; that's my main problem, seeing as it can vary a lot and I can easily overeat or undereat and I wouldn't want that.

My nutrition is already very good. For breakfast I eat whole grain cereals with lots of fibers and soy milk, plus a banana. Then a snack, usually at school, made of nuts or a granola bar, sometimes an apple with it. Lunch is salads made of chick peas, red beans and various vegetables. Dinner varies often by a lot, but I tend to get very hungry in the evening which causes me to eat tons of snack before bed or else I can't sleep.

Well your best bet would be to work off of body weight formulas.

14xBW lands MOST close to maintenance.

Try bouncing between 10-12x body weight in calories and then adjust from there going lower/higher as needed.

The hormones you are taking however are going to reek havoc on your aldosterone levels and general fluid retention. Keeping your electrolytes balanced will be a big help. So lots of water and potassium/calcium will be important for you. Watch the sodium, not cut it out, just keep it at a healthy level.
