Midget was a term commonly used back in the days of freak shows where short people were put on display. Most little people consider it a negative word. Personally, I don't care. I am technically a dwarf and being called "midget" doesn't bother me in the least. With that being said, the picture does look very odd to me. I'm not sure its real.
