Workout software to track exercises and sleep?

Hi all,

Been working out for a few years and have always done the exercise and sleep tracker manually through a notepad and pen or Excel, but nothing more than that.

Do any of you use software to track your exercises and sleep? And if so, what are they? I feel it would be nice to have a seamless way to keep track while working out, and then also in the long-run be able to look at how far we've come. =)

Would love some recommendations -- thanks!
