Workout Sessions

Hey everyone.;) I'm starting to workout and my workout session contains pushups, situps, squats and some weight lifting. I try to do each exercise until I can't do any more then move on to the next. I'm wondering how many times should I be doing a workout session? Everyday? Twice a day?

Answers would be appreciated.
 
If you're training you full body with each workout then 3 times a week (can do cardio in between)

Just have 48-72 hours rest between training sessions (weights/bodyweight) so you can rest up. Muscles grow during your rest times, if you don't rest you're just constantly breaking them down and not letting them rebuild bigger and stronger.
 
As DanHarris said, once every 2 days. But you should also do a few sets of each exercise when you do your workout. It sounds to me as though you only do one set per exercise. You'll probably get better results by going through all the exercises....and then going through them all a second (and maybe even third) time.
