workout schedule

Hello everyone,

I like to break up my muscle groups throughout the week. I do pecs one day, biceps one day, shoulders one day. On the shoulders and pecs day i also do triceps. I am also going to add deadlifts to the bicep day and squats to the shoulders day because i heard those kind of exercises raise testosterone levels because they are complex exercises using one's biggest muscles.
Here are the two questions:

Does this sound like a good plan?

Is it OK to work out your pecs on Monday, and then workout your biceps/deadlifts on Wednesday, then workout your shoulders/triceps/do squats on Friday?

I have heard that circuit training is much better. You should give yourself time to recupe from day to day
 
Question: Do you have a back? (attempting to be humorous and not putting you down).

Pull-ups? Chin-ups? Lat pulldown, bent-over row. Don't forget the back muscles!
