Workout routine suggestions.

Hey, I'm just wondering what a good workout routine for me would be. I'm 15, 5'7", 120lbs, so I basically don't have any fat, except for my calves, haha, which I just started a running program, so I already have that covered. The only equipment I have are dumbells, and I don't have any money to buy anything else. I don't want to get huge or anything, just some definition, mostly on my chest muscles, cause my arms are okay looking. I've seen some workouts for skinny guys, but most of them require more than just dumbells.
If you need any more info just ask.
Thanks,
Fwishy

many reps

Hey there Fwisherman,
I it's great that you are trying to get in better shape. Working out is good people of all different shapes and sizes, not just people who need to lose weight. I would suggest getting a stability ball or a bench to use with your dumbells. Stability balls are only $15 at Walmart or Target. This way you can stabilize your body while you are lifting. Since you are not into bulking up much, I would suggest doing weight free strengthening exercises on a stability ball first. When you get into dumbells, try doing 3 sets of 12-20 reps with lighter weights. When you feel comfortable, move up to heavier weights.
I'm sure you know what to do with dumbells, but here are some suggestions;
chest-pushups, db press
triceps-dips, kickbacks, pushups
biceps-db curls
shoulders-overhead presses
back-db rows, core exercises
legs-squats, lunges, deadlifts
abs-crunches, leg lifts, planks

I hope this helps. Have a wonderful day!
