workout planning anyone ?

i cant really afford weights right now so im just sticking to home workouts.
my plan is to do superman pushups, diamond pushups, regular pushups, and situps.
i was thinking of doing the regular and diamond pushups in one day because this is just pure arms, then supermans and situps because this is a torso workout. im thinking of mixing some springs and lunges in there for legs on another day.
monday-regular and diamond pushups.
tuesday- rest.
wednesday-superman pushups and sit ups.
thursday- rest.
friday-springs and lunges.

then i take a mile run on the weekend for stamina building.
is this a good workout plan ?

Too much emphasis on pushing movements. If you can't afford weights then look into making your own weights with water or sand. Sandbags from hardwear stores are so cheap and weigh a ton, and as it's sand it's really easy to alter the weight.
If you have sandbags you can do OH pressing, bent over rows, zercher squats, snatches, and even bicep curls if you want those mirror muscles looking good for the beach.
Googl;e sandbag training and you'll find a ton of guidlines on how to make equipment

If you have a local park you should also be able to find a bar to do pullups. Bullet proof your back and shoulders and you'll save yourself a lot of pain from injuries further down the line.

You won't just grow with popeye arms and a skinny body. I think the phrase is 'you can't fire a canon from a dingy'. You need to focus on total body development to stimulate growth, you'll get far better results from engaging the largest number of muscle fibres as possible in your body and getting those hormones pumping.
Your whole body is connected and if you're trying to develop arm muscle you woun't get anywhere unless your shoulders are strong and supported but a strong chest and back.

Press ups are a good exercise but there isn't a great deal of resistance and it's mainly your chest and triceps being worked. To hit bi's you need to be doing some kind of pulling movements
