Workout Plan

Hello new to the thread and I lookin at getting some info one workout plans, I really havent had much luck from searching on the web so if some could give me a hand? I looking for a Workout
plan that maybe you have had good luck with....so let me know

What are your goals and how much time can you devote to the workout?

What is your current level of physical activity and how "fit" are you?
 
Exactly, you did not give us much to work on here...Try to give your height, weight, bf% if u can, current strength, goals, ect. ect. ect.

hey there, checkout the plan i posted, it's a pretty brutal workout, but i got some very good results from that. just give it a try and iy you have any questions, just let me know
 
Im 5'10" and I weigh 200lbs....I just getting into workingout, and I just lookin at getting more information to help me...Im lookin at getting fix loose the guy.....need help.
