Anyways, anyone experienced enough to give me a workout plan I can try? I've never really had a workout plan. I mean, I would lift a couple weights once a week here and there haha. But now I'm pretty serious about exercising. So yeah this is pretty much my first time. Just something really simple for a 14-year-old like myself. Thanks to anyone and everyone that replies
