Workout plan for high metabolism, skinny teenager.

I am 17 years old, 5 foot 8 inches, 124 pounds. I need to gain weight!!!!!! I need a workout plan that involves no equipment, or just dumbells. PLEEEEEASE HELP ME!!!!!
 
Unfortunately this isn't a place where you're going to find a specific workout program. You're more likely to find general information and support.

If you can't have any equipment, I suggest checking out ExRx (Exercise Prescription) on the Net and www.bodyweightculture.com for some suggestions on bodyweight workouts.

Good luck, man. Come up with some stuff and come back with some more specific questions.
 
I would go with a simple weight program, focusing on the basics and 3 times a week. This is like maybe 30-60 minutes training pr. workout.
